Billy Was "Everything And More" October 2, 2004! (old review!)

Hey Everyone!! Well this review was from the Turning Stone Casino (October 2, 2004) when I went to see Billy! (I know this is an older review of mine, but I'm posting it here for those of you who haven't yet read this) and or for those who want to re-read it. (and to post my concert experiences in this form-because that's what this form is for, right?) ! So without ferther adue: my Review! Enjoy, and comments are welcomed/appreciated!
My Mom and I got up at 5:30 in the morning, got to the airport, and were off to Nework (where we had to pick up my
Grandma) we had to wait for 4 hours,(honestly, I have know idea how we did it, but we did) so, then we were off to Syracuse!!!!! (half-way to Verona!!!!)
So we reached Syracuse (we went in one of those hopper plains) to get there, anyways, we arrived, and rented our car to drive to Verona. I called Trish
on her cell phone, and told her we were in Syracuse and that I would see her and Nena later!!!! Skipping a few..... so we finally are in Verona!!!! I am
sooooo happy I couldn't contain myself!!!!!! Anyways, Trish, Nena, Lisa, (Nenas Mom), Trish's Mom, and Grandma all came and we hung out til like 12:30 (because
we got in at 11) so then we went back to Trish's house, and we stayed up and talked about (yeah, you know..) BILLY!!!!!! So, we all stayed up til 5:30
in the morning!!! And slept til 1:30 P.M! lol no wonder!!!! So my Mom had called and said that there were a hole bunch of BillyHeads in the lobby!!!! Of course
that just made us get more excited!!!! So, then we met Tom, Maggie, and Germey (SP) all from BillyHeads, we went to there room, (518) and stayed and chatted
for a while... then we left, and went to see if we could see any other Billy fans, of which we did... JimC, Andrew (from BGFS), and Shawn from BillyHeads.
Jim and I talked for a while, and he told us that Billy was going to be doing his set from last year!!! (which meant, he was doing "Spend Another Night!"
my all-time favorite Billy Gilman song!!) Then we went over to the will call window to pick up our MandG passes!!!!! And, we also met this girl ShannonSelig

Cause she released her CD last week (the week before the concert) and she sang for us!!!!!! OMG amazing
voice!! Anyways, Trish saw Mrs. Gilman, and I wanted to meet her, so I was like hey! (I had a card, and a gift for Billy, and I kept dropping it!) and
I am like it's good to meet you!! And she is like it's good to meet you too hunny.. (she's soooo sweet) so anyways, I am like OMG I am such a cluts! (b/c
I dropped my gift and card I had for Billy!) and she goes, awww don't worry about it, it's fine. So, we now are in the line, and go up to meet Billy!!!!!
So (well, before that, I was shaking, and Mrs. Gilman goes, awwww don't shake hunny!!) and we also gotta pic of me, Trish, and Mrs. Gilman! So, anyways,
I go up to Billy and am like hey!!!! How are you! And he goes hey Amber, I am good, it's good to see you!I go, it's good to see you too!!!! I
gave him his gift, and he goes, a gift for me, thank you!! And I am like yes, your welcome! He hugged me, and we took a picture! (it was a really close
hug!!) anyways, I asked him if he was doing "Spend Another Night" and he said yes, and I told him it was are B/Days(because you missed it in July) could you dedicate
it to us? And he goes sure! He had kept repeating our names like 3 times!! Then, Trish, Nena, and everyone else went up, and we were off to the show!!!!!!

After the show, Trish and I and Nena went up to Billy, I thanked him for dedicating "Spend Another Night" to us, and he goes "Your Welcome!" we took a picture
and Billy goes "I love you Amber!!" and kissed me on the cheek!!! I was sooooooooo shocked!!!!!! Then, he signed my shirt,, I asked him when he was coming
to CA and he told me "Hopefully soon!" I gave him one last hug, and we we're off.
Then Trish, my Mom, Nena, and my Grandmaa all went to get a bite to eat, and we went back to the hotel room, and stayed up til 4:30 A.M!!! It was the best
concert I've been too, the version of "Cryin'" was amazing! His voice was amazing... I hope to have many BG experiences in the future!
Thanks for reading! And before Billy sang "Oklahoma" I go "I love you Billy Gilman!" he goes " I love you too, Amber!" and he was looking at our table during "Spend Another Night!!"

Hey! Thanks! Yeah, it definitely was!! And I honestly think after the show, the most talked-about song was looked into the wings. (I remember hearing conversation about it when we were walking out of the showroom)! I've been fortunate enough to see/meet Billy and his whole family a bunch of times-and they all are wonderful people! :)I even got to meet Billy's Grandparents while there as well, which was awesome!! I haven't sceen Billy in a few years, unfortunately, but I'm hoping to make the treck (again) to fan fair this year!! So hopefully, he'll be there too! Glad you enjoyed reading this review!
