Hey BillyCentrics!

Listen up! We're doing the Best Fansite Contest again! The reason? With the last Best Fansite contest, we came in #28, just 3 spots and 100 votes away from getting permanently immortalized on the Faxo Wall of Fame. Since we were so close, we figured that participating in the contest for a second time could get us where we need to be!

Last contest, we gave away a 5X7" One Voice promo card. This time, we're giving away an 8X10" black and white publicity photo of Billy taken at 13!

Prize Description:
Picture will be posted soon. The photograph is an 8X10" promotional photo of Billy for his Dare to Dream album. It is in black and white and is increasingly scarce! It is a great addition to the Billy fan's collection!

Contest rules:

3) Each time you vote, let us know (and yes, we can tell if you're lying)

How the Winner is Decided:
Just like last contest, the winner of the contest will be decided randomly. Each time you vote for us = 1 entry. For example, if you vote for us 5 times, your name is put in the drawing 5 times. Or if you vote for us 50 times, your name is put in the drawing 50 times.

Once the contest ends, all the names will be put in a box and drawn at random. The person who's name is drawn will be declared winner and their prize will be mailed to them and they will be announced right here on BGC.net AND via twitter.
